Services

Simple Appointments provides online scheduling software and may also provide website design, setup, and hosting services. Website project scope and delivery details are confirmed during consultation before payment.

Pricing and billing

Booking-only service is billed at $25 per month until canceled. The website and booking offer includes a $600 setup charge and $100 per month beginning 30 days after purchase, subject to the agreed project scope. Stripe processes payments securely.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, maintain the security of your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the services, pricing, availability, and customer information entered into your account.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the service is improved. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing or service changes when required.

Cancellation and contact

Subscription cancellation stops future renewal charges. Amounts already paid are handled according to the purchase agreement and applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@simple-appointments.com.
