When you request a consultation or begin signup, we collect your selected offer, business name, owner's name, email address, and phone number. We may also use your device location, with permission, solely to select an appropriate business timezone.

How we use information

We use this information to contact you, create or configure your account, process payments, provide onboarding, and support the services you request.

Payments and service providers

Payment details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by this landing page. We may use service providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and security.

Analytics and retention

We may collect basic website interaction data to understand signup performance and improve the service. We retain business information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can decline browser location access; we will use your device timezone as a temporary default and confirm it during onboarding. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact support@simple-appointments.com.
